Spa Connoisseur's Ultimate Retreat

The clients envisioned a serene, spa-like atmosphere in their home, blending earthy, organic materials with industrial elements reminiscent of their years in New York City. Replacing a bulky built-in tub with a freestanding tub by the double-sided fireplace instantly opened the space, creating a tranquil focal point. Removing outdated '90s soffits revealed soaring ceilings, perfect for showcasing an organic beaded chandelier. Contrasting wainscoting on the fireplace and tub surround emphasized clean lines, adding a dramatic touch.

The bathroom features marble-look large-scale shower tiles paired with small marble hex accents, enhancing the industrial feel, while wood-look tiles, floating shelves, a fireplace mantle, and a stained double vanity introduce organic warmth. An industrial wall-mounted shower faucet adds a modern flair, complemented by hidden medicine cabinet mirrors above the vanity for sleek storage solutions. The bedroom side of the fireplace was updated with quartz stacked stone ledger-style tile, further elevating the design. A stained sliding track door entrance ties the elements together beautifully, merging the organic essence of the spa with the client’s refined style.
